About me

I’m Rob Hatcher, a sustainability specialist with over 15 years’ experience across carbon, energy and net zero. My commitment to this work began more than two decades ago while studying environmental and earth sciences, where I developed a full appreciation of the scale of climate change and deepened my concern for nature and our planet. That early realisation has guided every step of my career.

Since then, I’ve worked as an energy consultant, spent more than a decade at the Carbon Trust, and held senior in‑house roles shaping strategy and organisational change. Across public sector bodies, SMEs and corporates, my focus has always been the same: helping organisations make meaningful progress.

Now, through SustainPath Advisory Ltd, I offer flexible, practical and highly affordable support — giving clients access to senior‑level expertise without the unnecessarily high consultancy price tag.
